Richard Chamberlain is the founder and principal attorney of Chamberlain Law Group. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio and Michigan.
Richard’s law practice is devoted to assisting his clients in areas of estate planning, estate administration, business planning and formation, and real estate transactions. His passion is teaching the families he serves about the issues they are facing and about their options in meeting their needs and goals, and then helping them design the best plans to meet those needs and goals.
Richard is a member of WealthCounsel, a cooperative alliance of estate planning attorney members from across the country. as well as being a member of the Wood County Bar Association. He stays active in our community as a member of The Toledo Chapter of the Society of Financial Professionals, The Rotary Club of Perrysburg, the Rossford Business Association, and he serves in several ministries at CedarCreek Church.
Richard earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA in 1989 and his law degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL in 1992.
When he’s not being a lawyer, Richard loves spending time with his family. He’s been married to his wife Kelly since 1994, and they have 4 daughters and 1 granddaughter (so far). They enjoy spending time together swimming, playing golf and tennis, watching movies, traveling, and serving in their local church.
