Timothy R. Alley

Timothy R. Alley received his undergraduate degree from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio in 1993 and his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2001. He was awarded the Dean's Scholars Award as well as the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for outstanding academic achievement in Contracts. Tim also served in the Army National Guard from 1990 to 1996, receiving an Honorable Discharge.

Tim's law practice has been focused on Estate and Business planning since its inception. Tim received additional training in the area of Trust planning from the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and WealthCounsel. He has continued to assist clients with their general estate planning needs, as well as business creation and succession planning, special needs planning and elder care planning. Tim bases his practice on solid planning principles, the highest ethical standard, and an underlying personal Christian faith.

Tim has been married to his wife Michelle for over 17 years. Tim and Michelle live in Toledo with their two boys. Tim is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and WealthCounsel and is a board member of the Margaret Hunt Center as well as Water for Ishmael.
